Established in 1994, Abacus Playgrounds Limited has grown into the UK’s largest installer of safety surfacing for children’s playgrounds.

Providing cost-effective surfacing solutions for nurseries, schools, sports facilities and domestic environments, the business has expanded significantly through a series of strategic acquisitions. The formation of the Abacus Lawrence Group in 2007 marked a major milestone, followed by further growth with the acquisition of additional play equipment and sports surfacing businesses in the years that followed.

Today, the group continues to lead the industry through innovation, scale and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
